Download ol-elpher.el, and use M-x package-install-file RET path/to/ol-elpher.el.

Evaluate the following:

(straight-use-package
 '(ol-elpher :type git
             :flavor melpa
             :repo "git://jamzattack.xyz/ol-elpher"))

1. Download ol-elpher.el
2. Stick it in load-path
3. Update autoloads
4. (optionally) byte-compile it

To use this package, you need to either add it to org-modules, or require it manually. This should work fine:

(add-to-list 'org-modules 'ol-elpher)

Once this library is loaded, you can use org-store-link from the elpher buffer to create an org link to the visited page. This link can then be recalled in an org-mode buffer Using org-insert-link (normally C-c C-l) or org-insert-last-stored-link.
